Banana nutrition only contain about 105 calories and only three of those are from fat. Bananas contain no cholesterol and no sodium. They do have sugar content but it's limited to 14 grams a serving. It has three grams of fiber and even one gram of protein.

Even though they taste great, you have to limit yourself as far as how many bananas you can eat in one day. The fat and sugar can catch up to you. One banana a day is good to start off with, from there you can see how things go. And keep in mind, your body burns fat as it processes the banana.

In addition, bananas also contain vitamins A, B6, C, Manganese, Potassium and Magnesium, just to name a few. Just one banana is enough to help regulate blood pressure and put a stop to muscle cramps.

Bananas also help strengthen bones, prevent heart diseases, help reduce swelling and create white blood cells. All of that on top of burning fat, pretty good huh.

Bananas have fiber, and this helps aid your digestion. Unlike processed snacks, which will only leave you hungry for more garbage, bananas make you feel full and very energetic.

Actually, health specialists say that banana nutrition is better than an energy drink when it comes to "pure" energy. True, energy drinks loaded with sugar or that crazy ginseng stuff give you the jitters. However, banana nutrition gives you the vitamins you need to go the long haul. And they don't pump you full of caffeine!

What if you're having trouble eating bananas on a regular basis? Don't monkey around with bananas if you don't like the way they taste or if you can't easily digest them.

One option would be to add it to your cereal, or have you ever heard of a banana sandwich? How about a smoothie, grab the blender and you can add whatever you like to it. Throw in some ice and some other fruits and there you go, there's no need to add any sugar because bananas are naturally sweet.

They can also be added to fruit bowls or served as sides. So if you need a quick boost of energy and you want something that tastes great and is full of the good stuff, why not have a banana, at least give it a try. Have a banana, they're cheap and they taste great too.
