The work of social workers is to bring improvements in relationships of kinfolk members. They will also be helpful to those families facing hard circumstances like divorce, death or illnesses. The social worker will have a main objective of helping them to form effective solutions. No solution can be reached among enemies. They need to be in unity to effectively cater for their children.

She also counsels children for them to understand that the problems between their problems do not involve them. If they act as if they are angry at their parents because of a divorce, the professional helps them to deal with their grief and fears. They may also be in a crash when one of their parents dies.

These professionals would wish to finally help these families achieve lasting unity. This is the solution for future problems. They will also be helped to solve the issues that immediately confront them. Members of the family need to know that their conflicts also affect the entire family and their behaviors.

She helps them to understand ways to approach coming problems. They need to know why they should respond to conflicts instead of making them worse. She will help these individuals to have a plan of effectively handling these wrangles in future. She may decide to recommend a weekly meeting of kinfolk members. They should openly discuss issues.
