There are a few diseases that remain mysterious and one of them is Multiple sclerosis (MS). It is believed to begin with a localized inflammatory damage of myelin sheaths which surrounds nerve fibers. Myelin sheaths are the insulation layers protecting nerve fibers and play a role in transmission of electric impulses to and from the brain, spinal cord and other organs. It is believed to begin from immune system attack and leads to neurological impairments like muscle weakness, fatigue and loss of vision among others. Although the primary pathogenesis of the condition remains unclear, the axonal injury, inflammation and dymyelination are all considered to be contributory factors. According to some research the physical activity reduces fatigue which goes long way in managing the condition.

The exercises and yoga are also used although this requires longer duration of time, in most cases, taking up to 6 months. However, at the end of it all, it reduces fatigue and indeed increases the healing process.

Natural treatment for MS is basically on lifestyle change and adding the vitamins and minerals that may be inadequate in the body. In most cases, the approaches are supportive of healthy leaving and therefore worth trying.
